Billie (Susan Radder) is a super-ambitious junior lawyer who wears her heart on her sleeve. But after botching an important case, she's at risk of being fired. To prevent this, she goes on a wine trip to sunny Spain with her best friends Allegra (Noël van Kleef) and Coosje (Britt Scholte). Billie's real goal? To keep her job by convincing the Spanish-Dutch winemaker Bruno (Juvat Westendorp) to give up his vineyard and sell his land to Billie's clients, who want to build a golf resort there. Once in Spain, however, nothing goes as planned, and to make matters worse, Billie's colleague and ex-lover Rogier (Thijs Boermans) unexpectedly shows up as well.

The members of the Ghoul Club are tasked with protecting the village and its residents from witches, vampires, and other riffraff after the Kattenoog (Cat's Eye), a mysterious witch's stone with magical powers hidden by the lake. Meanwhile, a camera crew from the popular channel Boe TV shows up in the village, also determined to get to the bottom of the mystery.
